I’ve been away :(

HEYA GUYS!!!!

Well, I am sooo out of the loop! I hope y’all are coping well and that life is treating you well.

Well… I have been so slack. Gained weight, lost muscle etc… Life happens. Time to get back on track though.  I have a massive goal to accomplish. A run. At the moment it is being planned as a treadmill marathon!!! I want to be able to get out and run on the road one day. At the moment I have just made myself a training schedule which I will get some hlp with from a PT at the gym. My previous personal trainer left :( Oh well. I am really excited to be back here with goals and plans and holidays and… procrastination. I have exams at the moment. :D

“the” flu!

So, I hav had the flu, and apparently it is most likely “the” flu!!! In NZ we are no longer testing for it cause it has become so common. Anyways I have been bored at home for a couple of days, the symptoms appeared on Sunday and yesterday I was oim a fair bit of discomfort. I hadnt really eaten the Sunday and yesterday was famished. I ventured to get some food, bad idea. I guess my body is using a fair bit of energy to fight off infection but I dont think what I ate was justified. I had like all these museli bars and a big block of chocolate and two chocolate bars, followed by sausages, chicken and all sorts of other things. Naughty. Oh well.  I think I will be back in action tomorrow if all goes well and at uni. I am so ready to lose this last 10kg but cant seem to do it. MAINTAIN is boring! Anyhow, I am on a painkiller induced rant.

Oh, oh dearie me…

I have been gon a long time. Well I am ready to get back on track. I have been fluctuating like 160-170 since… March!!! I am setting myself a 12 week challange finishing the 5th of October 2 weeks before my final uni exams!!!! I am a firm believer in the virtue of a steady healthy diet and lifestyle however I feel I need a good kick. So 12 weeks it is. I think this number is realistic to see great changes in physique while not putting so much pressure on that you get stupid about weight loss as opposed to fitness and health.  Over the 12 weeks I will probably update here weekly and *cringe* am also going to make a video log which at the end of 12 weeks I hope to upload to youtube in some fashion. In other news… it is winter here. I have been to the gym like 4 times in the last month. This is going to change asap.  I have also just found my iron tablets again cause I tink it is causing problems, being awake less than 10 hours a day and feeling dizzy all the time isn’t normal.
